Make Appointment

Instructions for the General Public:

  • If you are a member of the general public and do NOT have a voucher from an employer – click on the General Public/No Voucher button below to book your blood draw appointment.
  • You will be taken to a page that has all the blood draw tests available, a brief description about them and their cost.
  • Click on the test you wish to have run and you will be asked to choose a staff for the test. You can choose “any staff” (best option) or one of the 4 other “staff.” You will be prompted to add the test to your order. You can continue to add additional tests until you have chosen all the ones you wish to have.
  • When you are done, click “Next” this will take you to the appointment calendar. Available dates and times will show up, pick the one that works for you.
  • You will then be taken to the checkout page where you will fill out your information and pay for your test(s). Once paid, your appointment is booked! You will receive an email and text confirmation.
  • If you need to change or cancel your appointment, instructions are included in your confirmation.

Instruction for people with vouchers from their employer:

  • If you have a voucher from an employer – click on the button that has the name of your employer to book your blood draw appointment.
  • You will be taken to a page that has all the blood draw tests available, a brief description about them and their cost. Those tests that your employer is covering will be listed as “free.” Those that are not covered by your employer will show the price you need to pay at checkout.
  • Click on the test you wish to have run choose “add” to add the test to your order. You can continue to add additional tests until you have chosen all the ones you wish to have.
  • When you are done, click “Next” this will take you to the appointment calendar. Available dates and times will show up, pick the one that works for you.
  • You will then be taken to the checkout page where you will fill out your information and pay for your test(s) if needed.. Once paid, your appointment is booked! You will receive an email and text confirmation.
